Home rent START
Designed for clients who want to test short-term rentals by their own, but they don’t know how to start.

 

The HomeRent START package includes

·         Meeting with a client - we will meet with our client and obtain the necessary data for the evaluation of all options of the client

Initial viewing of the property – giving realistic recommendations for higher returns

·         Analysis of your property (revenue / expenditure) - based on the property viewing and information provided by the client, we prepare a cost-benefit analysis of the property within a certain timeframe

·         Property pricing determination (the rent) – we determine, on the basis of analysis, the amount of rent per day, week and month, so that to achieve target rent possible in the given locality

·         Professional photos (5 pcs) – we arrange professional photographs that boost the interest

·         Professional property profile – we create a property profile so that it attracts many guests

·         Hand-over back to the client to further management – we pass it all to the client. Furthermore, HomeRent accepts no responsibility for the property.

 

One-time price: CZK 9,900

 

HomeRent STANDARD
Designed for clients who want to use some of the HomeRent services. The client provides cleaning and laundry, everything else is ensured by HomeRent.

 

The HomeRent STANDARD package includes

·         Complete HomeRent START package

·         Active property profile management - price adjustment, update

·         Active communication with guests in foreign languages

·         Check-in; check-out of guests

·         Ensuring all client service

·         Client package (basic foods, toiletries, etc.) delivery for every new stay

·         Monthly financial cash flow summary

 

Price: determined individually according to the type of property

 

HomeRent VIP
Designed for clients who do not want to manage their property, while they wish to use it for their own purposes

 

The HomeRent VIP package includes

·         Complete HomeRent START package

·         Complete HomeRent STANDARD package

·         Cleaning the property after each stay

·         Bed linen and towels washing
