1. Meeting
After completing the contact form, we will contact you by phone or email the next day, clarify the details of your situation and, if you are interested, arrange an appointment where we will explain everything in detail and leave a sample contract for study.
You can meet directly in your apartment, in our office or in your favorite cafe. We will be happy to come and talk to you about your ideas about rental and our services.
2. Offer and signature of the contract
We will create an offer tailored for your apartment and your current situation so that the yield is as interesting as possible. We do not rent apartments, but we only manage them for a fee.
The whole rental income is YOUR!
3. Takeover of the apartment
When you take over the apartment we have the whole apartment checked by our technician if everything is OK. (Taps don't drip, no bath, everything shines and works)
If it is necessary to retrofit the apartment or have it repaired.
We take pictures professionally
and RENT.
