How HOME-RENT works

1. Meeting

After filling out the contact form, we will get back to you by phone or email the next day, clarify the details of your situation and, if you are interested, arrange a meeting where we will explain everything in detail and leave a sample contract for study. You can meet right at your apartment, at our office or in your favorite cafe. We will be happy to come to you and talk together about your ideas about renting and our services.

2. Offer and signing of the contract

We will create an offer tailored specifically for your apartment and your current situation, so that the yield is as interesting as possible. We do not rent apartments, but only manage them for a fee.
The whole profit from the rent is YOUR!

3. Taking over the apartment

When taking over the apartment, we will have the whole apartment checked by our technician to see if everything is in order. (Faucets do not drip, bathtub does not flow, everything is lit and works)
If necessary, we will equip the apartment or have it repaired.
We take professional photos and RENT. Then the money just goes to your account every month


We are also able to arrange all meetings and tours online
